I. DCUSA Tryout Sheets
a) Everyone read over and discussed options.
b) Current players do not have to resubmit a Birth Certificate
II. Business Awareness
a) Soliciting for Sponsorship
III. Financial Assistance Sheets
a) Sheets passed around and read through
IV. Tryouts
a) Opening tryouts to U18 girls-U15 and above
b) Fields at this time are being checked on. Tyro, Central, Davidson Academy
c) Dates are set May 27th and May 29th
V. Rowan Alliance
a) Joining our Club
i. Wants to retain name and play games in their area
ii. Has a pool of qualified refs
iii. Has resources for training
iv. Sponsorship
VI. Soccer Opps
a) offered to do a camp-indoors $125.00
b) 5 day camp-fees to be determined
c) Will come and do skills training , Jimmy to follow up
Motion I
Motion was made by Jimmy Wynn to raise fees to $275.00 a year.
Chad Hench seconded the motion
Vote: Unanimous
Motion II
Motion was made by Mitch Swicegood for teams that only played half the season to only pay a fee of $150.00.
Angie Gray seconded the motion
Vote: Unanimous
Motion III
Motion was by all to tell Rowan Alliance we are not ready to absorb their organization. But would like to start a camaraderie with their club by scheduling friendlys.
