1. Financial report
Presented by Todd Curry-Fiscal year ends August 2009.
2. Sign up of new players for challenge season...uniforms...fees...date season starts...schedules
Challenge season starts February 20th. See Ed Mahoney for paperwork ASAP. Call Soccer Unlimited to place new uniform orders. Tim Dezego TCL Liaison and DOC plan on playing a double header the first weekend and possibly 1 other weekend. If you have a scheduling conflict please email Tim Dezego ASAP so he may TRY and schedule around it. Conflict = You and your team have a conflict and you can not field a team. Not just You as a coach that cannot attend. 8 games total for each team. End of season POSSIBLY April 18th weekend.
3. Sign up date for recreation program...schedule...start date...new booster clubs...advertisement

DA Proposal submitted to Davidson County for use of DA fields for Challenge. Waiting on feed back. Pickett Elementary for U11 and U12. DA for U10 and full size games.

5. Spring tryout dates for challenge...advertisement

March 20th Recreation Starts-Tentatively thru May 15th Tentatively
3V3 Tournament-Working on a date with Rec Liaisons-Open to both Rec and Challenge.

7. Field Marshalls...badge, shirt, vest...to identify at rec and challenge games
Marshalls to be identified at all games Rec and Challenge. Must have emergency info with Marshall as well.

8.Risk Management...Ed Mahoney
Player passes are going to go up in price this year. Replacement will be $5.00
Tournaments-Challenge Freeze date is May 1st. Ed can not add or delete playesrs after this date.
Rec new player registration is March 8th deadline to Ed. New players only.
Risk Management-Rec Coaches and Asst. Coaches MUST clear Risk Management. No Exception!!! Must recertify every year.
Call Ed if you have a coach in Risk Management so Ed is notified.
Next Year Rec will have to have player passes.
NCYSA will not cover Insurance wise non-sanctioned Tournaments

11. Player evaluation program...use forms we use at tryouts
Scott Curry and Sundra Rajan to revamp the eval for for Challenge kids to be evaluated at the end of each season.

14. Coaching clinics...camps for summer...advertisement
Soccer Ops Indoor camp See Website for information-Sign up early. They are limited to 60 players. This is for DCUSA. July 26th-30th
Soccer Ops is also offering a Rec Camp August 2nd-6th. 8:30-11:00 U6-U12 An all day Camp will also be offered. This will be a DCUSA Camp.
Soccer Ops March 5th 8 weeks for U8 players. Skill Coaches, Academy Coaches Go to their website for details.
Chris Brown Soccer Camp June 21st thru the 25th 9:00-12:30 at Tyro Middle School for Rec and Challenge kids. Guest Coaches and High School kids to demonstrate and teach ball skills. Individual and team play. 65.00-70.00
15. Schedule friendles to help train young refs
If you want to scrimmage inner DCUSA teams. Please contact Dan to schedule young refs extra training. Contact info is on the website.

A load of gravel needs to be dumped at Jeannette and we need 2 new nets for U12 Goal, made by Tim Dezego.

Books sale for $25.00 a piece.
DCUSA will make 10.00 a book off of every book sold.
Take orders-Collect Money.
They will segregate by player and team and deliver to us.
Over 3000.00 worth of savings in the coupon book.
Fund Raisers to be tabled until next February.
