Opening Remarks-U14 Boys Top 8 in the state. U13 and U12 girls are off to Wilmington to play in the Seaside Tournament.
Treasurers Report-4900.00 in checking. Booster clubs have been billed but only 2 clubs have paid their fees (DT and Southwood). Money is tight and it is very important that they get their checks in.
Ann Beck has resigned as Rec Liaison. Nomination for Chris Brown for Rec Liaison, Scott Semonco has seconded it .Nomination are closed.
Vote: Unanimous.
Mark Temple speaking for the Recreation Division. We have 10 Challenge teams vs 54 Recreation Teams. Rec does not feel like the organization cares about them. Ideas?????? Collective emails of mass emails of camps going on. Better communication from Rec Liaison to the clubs regarding up coming events. Rec coaches/players/[parents need to be more receptive in accepting our help.

Additional meeting Sunday at 4:30 at Tyro Middle School.
Coaches at Tyro will meet directly after at Tyro Middle School.
Tryouts at Central will be directed by Chad Hench and information will follow.
3V3 tournament
We are up to 70 teams.
Pepsi is donating ½ and the other ½ will be at cost.
Baseball concession stand and Football concession stand.
Pepsi donating a trailer at no charge.
Sink Farm donating 3 mules.

Friday before all fields will be stripped. Wednesday the corners will be painted.
Thursday Goal Party everyone show up to help put goals together.
Scott Curry motion for 2 deputies. Donna seconded it. Vote: Unanimous.
Unfinished Business
Chris Brown has suggested that since we are growing that the DOC’s split the age levels and each take a group instead of the entire organization being under both.
